Besides the Pro Am Surf Contest, the Surf Festival activities will also include a Surf Fishing Contest.

Friday, October 1th is the Surf Fishing Contest Kick Off Party from 6 - 8 at Neptune Baptist Church. There will be free food for every registered contestant, a surf fishing seminar with Larry Finch, registration and much more.

Neptune Baptist Church is committed in continuing the tradition for the NE Florida Spring Surfing Calendar. Drawing professional surfers and amateurs of all levels, this family focused event will feature trained judges and top notch sponsors. T-shirts, posters, prizes and giveaways will make participants happy they chose to compete for the chance to become King of the Hill. King of the Hill organizers are very grateful for all the direction and guidance from Wave Masters and The Florida Surfing Association.

The Eighth Annual King of the Hill Surf Fest will benefit Mission House and B.E.A.M. in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
